GoHighLevel Expert Needed — Fluent Spanish AND Good English — Client-Facing
We are NexusCai, an AI infrastructure company. We build AI receptionists, CRM systems and
automation for industrial and service businesses across North America and Latin America.
We have a client in Colombia — a heavy-equipment and crane service company. The owner speaks
Spanish only. Our team works in English. We need one person who sits in the middle: talks to the
client in Spanish, reports to us in English, and gets the system live.
The scope is three things: the website, the AI receptionist, and connecting both into our CRM.
------------------------------------------------
THE THREE THINGS THAT MATTER MOST
------------------------------------------------
1. REAL SPANISH AND REAL ENGLISH.
You will be on video calls and WhatsApp voice notes with the client in Spanish — understanding what
he needs, asking the right follow-up questions, explaining what you built. Then you turn around and
give our team clear written updates in English. Strong in one language and weak in the other does
not work for this role. Both are required.
2. PROBLEM-SOLVING INSIDE GOHIGHLEVEL.
We tell you the outcome we need. You figure out how to build it. When something breaks — a webhook
not firing, a workflow looping, a form not creating the contact — you diagnose it yourself and come
to us with the answer, or with a clearly explained blocker. We are not going to hand you
click-by-click instructions.
3. HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH WEBSITES, AI RECEPTIONISTS, AND GHL WORKFLOWS.
Tell us honestly what you have done in each of those three areas. We would rather hire someone
strong in two and willing to learn the third than someone who overstates all three.
------------------------------------------------
THE WORK
------------------------------------------------
START: A DISCOVERY CALL WITH THE CLIENT, IN SPANISH
Join the kickoff call alongside our team and get clear answers on what he actually needs —
services, operating hours, photos, testimonials, how he wants leads to reach him. He is
Spanish-only, so you are the one holding that conversation. Come out of it with written answers in
Spanish and English, plus the files collected.
1) THE WEBSITE
- A site already exists. You will be making edits and updates to it based on what comes out of the
discovery call
- Text, images, sections, buttons, forms, and basic layout and design changes
- Everything in Spanish — the client's market is Colombia, English is secondary
- Add the pages that are still missing once the client supplies the content
- Build the forms and make sure every one of them submits cleanly into the CRM
2) THE AI RECEPTIONIST
- We build the voice agent itself (Retell). You get it live and working end to end for the client
- Route the client's phone number to it correctly
- Make sure it captures what it needs on every call: name, company, phone, email, city, machine
type, brand, model, fault description, urgency
- Price questions and urgent calls route straight to a human — the agent never quotes prices or
promises timelines
- Test real calls yourself, in Spanish, before you say it works
3) CONNECT IT ALL TO THE CRM
- Inbound call creates or updates the contact automatically
- Push call summary, transcript, recording link and outcome into the contact record
- Auto-tag by call type and move the correct pipeline stage
- Website forms route into the right pipeline with the right owner
- Build the follow-up workflows and the messages that fire off them — Spanish first, English as a
secondary branch
- WhatsApp is the primary channel, not SMS. This is Colombia; if your experience is US-SMS-only, be
upfront about that
- Notifications go to the owner and to a backup contact, so nothing gets lost
FINISH: TEST, REVISE, HAND OVER
Test every form, workflow and webhook yourself before calling it done. Handle the client's revision
rounds in Spanish. Short walkthrough at the end — Spanish for the client, English for our team.
------------------------------------------------
REQUIREMENTS
------------------------------------------------
- Fluent, professional Spanish. Native or near-native. Neutral or Colombian Spanish preferred
- Good English. Clear written and spoken English for working with our team
- Proven GoHighLevel experience — building workflows and automations from scratch, not editing
someone else's
- Comfortable making real website edits: text, images, sections, buttons, forms, basic layout and
design
- Comfortable with triggers, custom fields, custom values, webhooks and the API
- Able to troubleshoot independently and communicate blockers clearly
- Business-hours overlap with Colombia (COT / UTC-5)
- You work inside OUR account. You do not sell to, invoice, or contract with our client directly
NICE TO HAVE
- Retell AI, Vapi or another voice AI platform
- WhatsApp Business API inside GoHighLevel
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Construction, heavy equipment, mining, oil & gas or field-service clients
------------------------------------------------
HOW TO APPLY
------------------------------------------------
Bids missing any of these are removed without reply:
1. Write your first paragraph IN SPANISH. Tell us about your GoHighLevel experience and why you can
handle a client-facing project in Spanish.
2. Then switch to ENGLISH for the rest of your proposal, so we can see both.
3. Tell us your experience in each of these three, separately and honestly:
- Websites — what have you built or edited?
- AI receptionists / voice AI — have you connected one to a CRM? Which platform?
- GHL workflows — how many have you configured from scratch?
4. Describe a GoHighLevel problem you had to solve on your own — something that broke or would not
work — and how you fixed it.
5. Links or screenshots of 2 builds you personally did — one website, one set of workflows.
6. Your fixed price, your realistic timeline, your time zone and daily overlap with Colombia (UTC-5).
Copy-paste bids and AI-generated boilerplate are removed immediately.
------------------------------------------------
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
------------------------------------------------
We shortlist, run a short video call — part in Spanish, part in English — and award a small paid
test task before the full build. Deliver well and there is ongoing work: we onboard new client
accounts every month and want a long-term builder on the team.
