**Freelance Recruiter (English and Spanish) – British Columbia, Canada**
Pixel Cleaners is looking for a bilingual freelancer fluent in English and Spanish to help us recruit cleaners across British Columbia, Canada.
This is initially a one-month project. If we are happy with the results, there may be opportunities to work on additional recruitment projects in the future, as we frequently need to hire new cleaners.
**Responsibilities:**
* Search for and identify potential cleaning staff.
* Interview candidates and assess their suitability.
* Verify that candidates have all the required documents.
* Record candidate information and notes in a designated Excel spreadsheet.
* Recommend suitable candidates to our Operations Manager for potential job assignments.
**Project Details:**
* Duration: 1 month
* Expected workload: 3–5 hours per week
* Type: Freelance, one-time project, with potential for future opportunities.
