I need someone who can cold call using a U.S. line for several hours each weekday, speak confidently with residential homeowners in both English and Spanish, and secure firm Zoom listing appointments for me. You’ll be given lead lists, access to my calendar, and a proven script; your job is to turn each cold conversation into a warm, qualified meeting.

A friendly tone, strong negotiation skills, and a solid grasp of how U.S. residential real estate works are essential. By the end of each shift, I expect clear CRM notes, a quick text or email follow-up to the prospect, and a calendar sprinkled with new Zoom listings ready for me to close.
