Bilingual Call Center Agent (English/Spanish) - Full Time, Remote - Dominican Republic

TCG DATAE is a Florida-based company that helps people recover unclaimed funds held by the State of Florida. We work under a licensed Florida attorney. We are growing our remote team in the Dominican Republic and are hiring full-time phone agents.

What you will do:

Make outbound calls to people in the United States who have money owed to them (high volume: 200+ calls per day)
Explain the recovery process clearly and answer their questions
Close the case and schedule the client's signing appointment
Keep case notes up to date in our system

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch and two short paid breaks
Full time, long term

Pay:

Base pay of $500 USD per month
Commission on every case you close
Weekly performance bonuses
Overtime available for top performers

Requirements:

You live in the Dominican Republic
Fluent spoken English (all calls are with U.S. clients); Spanish is a plus
Your own computer, headset and stable internet connection
Basic computer and internet skills
Call center, sales or collections experience is a plus

Training: one week, Monday to Friday. The next group starts October 19, 2026.
