I want to bring Big Daddy’s mask from Kick-Ass to life as a wearable, life-size piece for my next cosplay. The finished file should show moderate detail: clean panel lines, clear vent shapes, and the signature cross-hair lenses, but nothing so tiny that it becomes impossible to print on a home FDM machine.

I will be printing in standard PLA, so please keep overhangs reasonable and avoid ultra-thin walls. If the design benefits from being split into sections, place logical seams and include simple keys or pegs so the parts align after printing.

Deliverables:
• Print-ready STL (or OBJ) files at 1:1 scale, already oriented for minimal supports.
• A second set scaled down to 75 % as a convenience option.
• Brief notes on recommended layer height, infill, and any support areas.

Once sliced and printed, the parts should snap or glue together cleanly, be sandable, and leave enough room inside for basic padding so the mask can be worn comfortably. Looking forward to adding this prop to my costume as soon as the files are in hand.

It being in multiple sections is okay and preferred due to limit of space in printer. Attached are reference photos that might help get an idea of what I am looking for, doesn't need to be exact, just to help what I was thinking of, thanks!

Also here are references for head size:
Head circumference: 22.5"
Forehead to chin: 6"
Ear to ear: 6.5"
Eye to eye: 2.75"
Nose width: 1.5"
