Bi-Weekly PDF Paystub Preparation

Every two weeks I’ll send you payroll figures and the company-branded stub layout. Your task is to turn that raw data into clean, accurate pay stubs, exporting each one as an individual, ready-to-send PDF that matches the template exactly.

Speed and precision matter: numbers must reconcile to the cent, dates and deductions must line up with the spreadsheet I provide, and filenames should follow a simple convention so HR can file them instantly. I use Excel for the data feed, so familiarity with formulas and basic validation will help you spot inconsistencies before the PDFs are generated.

Deliverables each pay period:
• A separate, password-free PDF stub for every employee, using the supplied design.
• A zipped folder containing all PDFs, returned within 24 hours of receiving the data.
