What You'll Be Doing
As part of our client services team, your responsibilities will include:
Providing clients with benefit and enrollment information
Confirming eligibility and assisting with required documentation
Responding to incoming questions and service requests
Helping clients understand their existing and available coverage
Reviewing individual needs and identifying appropriate benefit options
Presenting personalized recommendations using established analysis tools
Maintaining professional communication throughout the client relationship
Staying current on program updates, products, procedures, and services through ongoing communication with leadership
