Beginner Online Sales Workshop Setup

I’m building a live-online workshop for people who are completely new to selling, and I’d like an experienced sales trainer to help me turn my outline into a polished, engaging learning experience.

Scope
The entire workshop will be delivered virtually, so everything you create must work smoothly over Zoom, Teams, or a similar platform. The audience will be beginners, so explanations, examples, and exercises should start at the very basics and steadily build confidence.

Core content to cover
• Basic sales techniques
• Customer relationship management
• Effective communication skills

What I need from you
• A clear, two-to-three-hour curriculum flow with timing for each segment
• Slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) that is visually clean and on-brand
• Two interactive activities per topic (role-plays, breakout tasks, quizzes, etc.)
• A concise participant workbook or fillable PDF they can keep for reference
• Trainer notes that spell out key talking points, demos, and transitions
• Suggestions for simple tech tools (polling, whiteboards) to keep learners engaged

Acceptance criteria
1. Content must assume zero prior sales knowledge yet feel practical and actionable.
2. Activities must be fully described so any competent facilitator could run them.
3. All files delivered in editable formats.

If you’ve successfully designed or run beginner-level sales programs online before, please share one relevant sample or outline. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right collaborator.
