I’m rolling out a new strand of our Connecting Classrooms Leadership Programme and need practical support to help teachers strengthen their classroom management skills from the ground up. The goal is very clear: improve overall teaching ability by giving staff simple, repeatable techniques that calm the room, keep lessons on track, and free them up to concentrate on learning rather than discipline.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A concise, beginner-friendly framework that introduces the core principles of effective classroom management.
• Engaging resources—short videos, slide decks, tip sheets or quick reference cards—that busy teachers can digest between lessons.
• A set of real-world scenarios or role-play exercises we can use during in-person or virtual workshops to let participants practise the skills immediately.
• A brief facilitator guide so any of my team can run the sessions confidently.

I’ll supply background on our leadership programme, current school contexts and any branding assets you need. You bring the instructional design expertise, clear writing and creative flair to make these materials lively and actionable.

If you have experience crafting training for teachers, especially at the introductory level, I’d love to see how you can translate proven strategies into resources my staff will actually pick up and use. Let’s give them the tools to manage classrooms smoothly and focus on great teaching.
