Bavelgo Workforce: TikTok/Reels Product Video

Project: Create a Professional TikTok / Reels Product Video for Bavelgo Workforce
I’m looking for a video editor/motion designer to create a professional short-form product video for Bavelgo Workforce, our workforce management software for businesses.
The software is already built and working. I will provide access to the required product screens, screenshots, or screen recordings so you can understand the workflow and create the video.
The goal
Create a polished vertical video that demonstrates how a business can use Bavelgo Workforce to manage its workforce from one connected platform.
This is not just a slideshow of screenshots. I want the video to tell a simple story and visually demonstrate the actual workflow of the software.
The video should show a journey such as:
Employees → Scheduling/Rota → Time & Attendance → Holidays/Leave → Workforce management → Payroll
The exact workflow and script can be adjusted based on the real features/screens I provide.
Video style
I want a clean, modern SaaS/product video. The software UI should be the main visual element.
Use smooth zooms, screen highlights, cursor movements, transitions, animated text/callouts and motion graphics where they help explain what is happening.
Please avoid generic AI-generated visuals, excessive effects, stock-office footage, fake product screens or features that do not exist.
Format
Primary format: 9:16 vertical
Platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Target duration: approximately 30–60 seconds.
The first few seconds are especially important and should have a strong hook.
Voiceover / explanation
The video should explain what the viewer is seeing using either professional voiceover and/or clear on-screen captions.
A possible direction for the script is:

“Meet Bavelgo Workforce.”
“Keep your employees in one place. Build rotas, manage working time and attendance, and keep holidays organised.”
“Your workforce information stays connected, so when it’s time for payroll, the information you need is already there.”

This is only an initial concept. The final wording must accurately represent the product shown in the recordings.
