Basic Rhino Building Model

I have a fully dimensioned floor plan and I need it translated into a clean Rhino (.3dm) model that shows the overall building layout—just walls, doors, and windows at the correct locations and heights. No furniture, materials, or construction details are required; this is purely a basic 3-D representation to help me visualize space and circulation.

You will receive:
• A PDF floor plan with all key dimensions
• A brief note listing wall heights and door/window types

What I expect back:
• A well-organized Rhino file with named layers for walls, openings, and any structural elements you add
• All geometry snapped precisely to the provided dimensions
• A couple of simple viewport screenshots so I can verify the model at first glance

Please keep the model lightweight and editable—no unnecessary meshes or heavy boolean operations. If you have any questions about missing dimensions or preferred units, let me know before you start so we can keep revisions to a minimum.
