Basement Foundation Crack Assessment

I have two cracks in my basement’s poured-concrete walls and another running through the porch slab directly above one of those walls with a crack. I need an unbiased professional opinion before I talk to any repair contractors.

Scope of work
• First, review the photos I send and give me your initial thoughts.
• Next, visit the home to inspect the basement, exterior foundation, and porch slab in person (address provided after we agree). (Delaware County Ohio)
• Finally, deliver a concise written report that explains the cause of the cracking, evaluates present risk, and sets out clear repair recommendations I can hand to any contractor.

The goal is straightforward: a factual, independent assessment—no sales pitch—so I can decide whether repairs are truly necessary and, if so, what type and in what order.
