I’m ready to take our barbershop’s online presence beyond Instagram and TikTok by launching a dedicated YouTube channel packed with scroll-stopping Shorts. I need a YouTube-savvy creator who can handle both the strategic and creative sides of the job:
Channel setup
• Create eye-catching banner, profile icon, and branded end slates that match our existing logo and colour palette.
• Draft an SEO-friendly channel description, default upload settings, keyword tags, and playlists so the page is fully optimised for discovery on day one.
• Configure sections, links, and about tab so a new visitor instantly understands our services and personality.
Short-form video production
• Plan a content calendar and hook-driven storyboards tailored for 15–60 second, 9:16 format.
• Edit each Short with jump-cuts, captions, trending sounds, and a clear call-to-action that funnels viewers to bookings or our longer tutorials.
• Supply ready-to-publish .mp4 files plus matched titles, descriptions, and hashtag sets.
Acceptance criteria
1. Branded YouTube channel delivered with all graphics and SEO elements live.
2. Minimum of ten Shorts approved, uploaded as unlisted for review, passing YouTube’s quality and copyright checks.
3. A simple style guide and posting workflow so my in-house team can keep the momentum going.
Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or any tool you prefer is fine as long as the final videos are crisp and engaging. Once we’re up, I’ll consider ongoing work for analytics tracking and future campaigns, so think of this as the start of a longer collaboration.

Short-Form Video Production.
Editing Requirements: Fast-paced cuts with strong 3-second hooks, dynamic subtitles/captions, smooth audio balancing with royalty-free music/SFX, and clean color grading for natural skin tones.
SEO & Metadata Delivery: Write high-converting titles, descriptions, and tag sets tailored to YouTube's Shorts algorithm and local search.
3-Month Ongoing project.
