Bangladeshi Doctors List with BMDC registration Number

For a project work I need the Bangladeshi Doctors List with their picture, BMDC Registration Number and Contact no.
Please read carefully:

Presently I'm in need for doctors List doing job in Chandpur District, Specifically in Kachua and Haimchar Upazila(Mainly List of All Doctors doing Job in these Upazila's Upazila Health Complex) : Haimchar Upazila Health Complex and Upazila Health Complex, Kachua, Chandpur.

I need the most recent updated Doctors list from these two upazila as the updated lists are not available in the Upazila's website.

please Note: This doctors list are not available in open source, so you need to collect them from these two Upazila Health Complex.

Budget is flexible if you can offer exact and accurate data I need.

Please build the dataset in Excel or Google Sheets and include one row per doctor with the following fields:

• Full name and BMDC registration number
• Contact details (phone and/or email, plus practice address)
• Specialization
• Picture (passport-style headshot, JPG or PNG)
