The architectural concept for a new 1,450 m² restaurant-plus-retail venue in Bali is locked in; now I’m concentrating on the structural side. The building spans a basement, ground floor, upper floor and a roof terrace and is roughly 75 % steel framing over an RC basement and foundations. Because we sit in a high-seismic zone, the frame, connections and foundations must be proven against ASCE 7 load combinations and seismic provisions, with concrete detailing to ACI 318 and steel design to AISC 360 (knowledge of Indonesian SNI is an advantage).

I need someone who can:

• Analyse the full gravity, wind and seismic load paths in ETABS or SAP2000,
• Optimise the steel and RC members, then design the foundations,
• Develop connection calculations and details,
• Produce coordinated construction drawings plus Tekla/Revit shop drawings, and
• Generate a clear material take-off.

All drawings must arrive in English, issued as PDF for construction and as editable DWG/RVT/IFC for coordination.

The scheme includes several unique architectural features, so creative yet code-compliant solutions are essential. You’ll work remotely, communicate in fluent English and be ready to start right away so the rest of the team can keep their schedule.

Acceptance will be based on: complete calculation package signed/stamped, clash-free BIM model, fabrication-ready connection details, and a reconciled MTO matching the model.
