I want to launch a focused cold-email sequence aimed at generating qualified B2B leads in the technology space. I already know the companies I want to reach, but I need an email marketing specialist to turn that raw data into an efficient, compliant outreach engine.
Here’s what I have in mind: you’ll refine my prospect list, set up the sending infrastructure (warm-up, custom tracking domain, inbox rotation if needed), craft a multi-touch sequence that feels personal, and install the reporting so we can see open, reply, and booked-meeting rates at a glance. Tools such as Lemlist, Woodpecker, Mailshake, HubSpot, or a similar platform are fine—as long as deliverability stays high and metrics are easy to read.
Deliverables I’ll review for sign-off:
• Clean, segmented CSV prospect list ready for upload
• Fully configured campaign with 3–5 touchpoints, including tested subject lines and body copy tailored to tech decision-makers
• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly set; inbox warm-up complete
• Dashboard or spreadsheet that tracks key KPIs in real time
Once the first batch proves its worth, there’s room to scale. Let me know which platform you prefer, your approach to keeping emails out of spam, and a quick example of past B2B tech results so we can move forward.
