Project Description

We are looking for a professional team based in Mexico to help follow up and collect our outstanding B2B trade receivables from Mexican buyers.

Compensation is commission-based. Payment will be issued as an agreed percentage of the funds successfully recovered. No upfront fee required.

Your main responsibilities:
• Communicate with Mexican debtors in local language
• Negotiate and push for payment, confirm clear payment deadlines
• Report progress regularly and provide written updates on each case
• Handle formal reminder notices and coordinate follow-up procedures

Requirements:
Local team located in Mexico
Solid experience in commercial debt / accounts receivable collection
Familiar with Mexican commercial law and local business culture
Able to speak native Spanish for formal negotiation
Can provide case references of previous successful collections
