Title: Full-Stack Developer/Agency Needed — B2B Marketplace Platform (MVP, 4-Week Delivery)

Project description:

We are building Worklens, a B2B platform that connects businesses with independent
professionals for assignment-based work (market research, field surveys, partner
engagement, training). Think "on-demand marketplace" with three user types: Client,
Professional, and Admin.

We already have:
- A working interactive prototype (HTML/CSS/JS) showing all screens and flows
- A complete UI/UX design system (colors, typography, components)
- A full written business/functional specification

You will build the production version with a real backend and database, following
the existing design and flows closely.

PHASE 1 SCOPE (required in 4 weeks):
- User authentication for 3 roles: Client, Professional, Admin (signup, login,
password reset)
- Client portal: assignment creation wizard, dashboard, deliverable approval
- Professional portal: profile, browse/accept/decline assignments, submit
deliverables (file/photo/text upload)
- Admin panel: verify professionals, manually assign professionals to assignments,
approve/reject deliverables, manage users
- Email notifications for key status changes
- Simple invoice generation (PDF) + manual "mark as paid" status
- Fully responsive (mobile browser + desktop)
- Deployed to production with HTTPS and a custom domain

OUT OF SCOPE for Phase 1 (do not build yet): payment gateway integration, AI
matching, native mobile apps, advanced analytics.

Tech stack: open to your recommendation, but should be a common, well-supported
stack (e.g., React/Next.js + Node.js/Django + PostgreSQL, or similar) that a
second developer could maintain later. Please state your proposed stack in your
bid.

Deliverables:
- Full source code (we retain all IP/ownership)
- Deployed, working production site
- Basic technical documentation (setup, environment variables, deployment steps)
- 2 weeks of post-launch bug-fix support included

Timeline: 4 weeks from kickoff, in weekly milestones:
- Week 1: Environment setup, auth, database schema, deployed staging link
- Week 2: Client portal complete
- Week 3: Professional portal + Admin panel complete
- Week 4: Testing, bug fixes, production deployment
