We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation and Cold Outreach Freelancer to source high-quality prospects and manage cold email outreach for a Malaysian Business Directory platform targeting MSMEs/SMEs.
Target Market & Verticals (Malaysia):
Companies offering solutions, products, services, or business opportunities to local MSMEs/SMEs:
B2B Tech & Software: POS systems, HR/Payroll, accounting software, CRM, payment gateways.
Marketing & Media: Digital agencies, billboard advertising, commercial video production.
Corporate & Financial Services: Company secretarial, audit/tax advisory, corporate legal, business financing.
Logistics & Packaging: Corporate courier, 3PL warehousing, commercial packaging/printing.
Franchise & Business Opportunities: F&B, retail, and service brand owners seeking franchisees.
Target Decision-Makers:
Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, Managing Director, CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Business Development.
Strict Rule: Direct, verified work emails only (e.g., name(a) company.com). Generic emails (info@, admin@, contact@, sales@) will not be accepted.
Scope of Work:
Lead Scraping & Verification: Identify relevant Malaysian companies and extract verified decision-maker details.
Outreach Setup & Execution: Must use your own cold email infrastructure / sending system (software, mailboxes, warm-up tools) to dispatch the pre-written introduction email template.
Data Management: Log all records in a shared Google Sheet (Company, Website, Contact Name, Title, Direct Email, LinkedIn URL, Date Sent, Response Status).
Initial Sample Milestone: Provide a paid test batch of 50–100 initial leads + email outreach for review and quality check before scaling up to full volume.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses:
Base Pay: $0.10 per lead (Verified decision-maker lead + 1 email successfully sent).
Positive Response Bonus: $1.00 for every genuine prospect reply showing interest or requesting the media kit/info deck.
Conversion Commission: $50.00 – $100.00 for every lead that successfully signs up as an advertiser.
Requirements:
Must have your own functional cold email outreach system (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or dedicated SMTP setup).
Access to reliable email verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier, etc.) to keep bounce rates strictly under 3%.
Proven track record in B2B lead generation (Malaysia or Southeast Asia market experience preferred).
