I’m looking for an experienced B2B lead generation specialist to help me connect with private recruiting/staffing companies in Florida, USA.
Scope of Work
1. Find and qualify companies
Find and qualify an initial list of 400 relevant private recruiting/staffing companies in Florida, USA.
The list should include only:
Company Name
Company Website
The list must contain unique companies that are relevant to our target market.
2. Contact the companies
Contact each company from the list through the Contact Form on its official website.
I will provide:
The email accounts to use
The outreach message/template
The goal is to start a business conversation about potential cooperation and receiving candidates for my open positions.
3. Generate 300 genuine responses
The main KPI is:
300 genuine responses from 300 unique companies.
If the initial 400 companies do not generate 300 valid responses, you must continue finding and contacting additional qualified companies until the target of 300 unique responding companies is reached.
What counts as a valid response
A valid response must be a genuine human response from a company representative/manager regarding our business inquiry.
The following do NOT count:
Automated replies
Autoresponders
Marketing/newsletter emails
Automatic notifications
Bounce/error messages
Important: If two or more managers from the same company respond, this counts as ONE response.
The KPI is based on unique companies, not the total number of emails received.
Final Deliverable
At the end of the project, I need an Excel file containing the 300 unique companies that provided a valid response, with:
Company Name
Company Website
Manager/Representative Email
My Gmail Account that received the response
Project Completion
The project is considered completed when 300 unique qualified recruiting/staffing companies have provided genuine human responses to our outreach.
Please apply only if you are comfortable with a results-based project and continuing the outreach beyond the initial 400 companies if necessary to reach the target.
