Are you a hands-on digital growth specialist who knows how to turn paid traffic into qualified B2B leads and build the systems that nurture them?

Sustainable Salons is looking for an experienced Digital Growth Specialist for a focused three-month project spanning paid acquisition, website conversion and lead-nurture automation.

This is an implementation-focused engagement. We’re looking for someone who can audit, recommend, build and deliver, not just provide high-level strategy.

What You’ll Deliver

• Audit our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
• Develop and deploy B2B lead-generation campaigns
• Review our WordPress website and improve key conversion pathways
• Use GA4 and Hotjar insights to identify conversion opportunities
• Build automated lead-nurture workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop a framework for generating and nurturing strategic-partner leads
• Provide performance reporting, documentation and clear next-step recommendations

Who We’re Looking For

• You have proven experience delivering measurable B2B lead-generation results
• You’re confident working hands-on across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• You have practical WordPress CRO experience
• You’ve personally built automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• You understand GA4, conversion tracking and Hotjar
• You can work independently, manage milestones and communicate progress clearly
• You care about purpose-led work and creating measurable impact
