Sparkskfran Solutions is seeking an experienced B2B client-acquisition freelancer to identify and qualify legitimate business opportunities for consulting services.
The objective is not simply to collect contact details or send mass messages. The successful freelancer must identify suitable companies, reach relevant decision-makers, present an approved consulting offer, and obtain confirmation of a qualifying next step. Freelancer should be of intellectual outreach messaging suitable for it's acclaimed expertise for conversions.

The initial engagement will be a [14/30]-day pilot. Payment will be based on [fixed pilot fee / accepted verified opportunities / confirmed qualifying next steps], as agreed before work begins. The freelancer must submit complete verification records and weekly activity reports.
Qualifying next step
A prospect will qualify only when an eligible decision-maker or authorized representative confirms at least one of the following:
Proposal or consulting-offer review.
Contract discussion.
Procurement discussion.
Solution-optimization presentation.

No freelancer should message for research or lead generation payment as this is a consulting offer requires decision maker approval or by network . Identify needs of clients requiring consulting services by acquisition or referring status . Payment starts from decision makers confirmation of proceedings or status validation.
