About us
Dyvant is a B2B lead generation agency. We book qualified sales appointments for our clients on a pay-per-appointment model, so our clients only pay when a qualified prospect shows up to the call. We're growing, and we need a recruiter to help us build a strong team of appointment setters.
What you'll do
Write and post job ads for commission-based appointment setters
Source and reach out to candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms
Screen and interview candidates to check their experience, communication skills and motivation
Qualify candidates for commission-based roles: people who are self-driven, resilient and comfortable with performance-based pay
Send shortlisted candidates to us, along with notes on each one
Keep a simple tracker of your candidate pipeline
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting and qualifying commission-based appointment setters. This is a must. Please include examples in your proposal.
Experience in sales or B2B recruitment
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable, organized and good at following up
Available 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday
Schedule
3 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

7-day training and trial period
Before you join the team, you'll complete a 7-day training and trial period. During this week we'll:
train you on Dyvant's process and the kind of setters we're looking for
see how you source, screen and communicate with candidates
If the trial goes well, you'll be offered the ongoing role.
Pay
$3 per hour
3 hours a day x 5 days = 15 hours a week = $45 per week
About 65 hours a month = about $195 per month
Monthly bonus: $250
Each month, the recruiter who brings in the most qualified appointment setters wins a $250 bonus. That can more than double your monthly pay.
