B2B Appointment Setter — Cold Calling US Business Owners, Part-Time, Capped Hours

We're a US-based agency that sets up AI systems for service businesses — contractors, auto repair, clinics, dealerships. We're hiring one appointment setter to cold-call business owners in the niches you're assigned and book them into a 30-minute call with our closer.

That's the whole job. You don't sell, don't quote, don't explain the product. You get the owner on the phone, ask one question, and book the meeting while they're still on the line. You fill in the booking form yourself and confirm their email. Our closer takes it from there.

What a day looks like

10 hours a week for the first two weeks, then 20. Inside 9–12 and 2–5 US Eastern.
We give you a starting list. You build the rest in your assigned niches using the prospecting tools inside our CRM.
About 60 dials a shift, usually 8–12 real conversations
Target after trial: 1–2 booked calls per shift
One-page script. You follow it. It works when you follow it.
Every dial logged in our CRM (GoHighLevel — we train you)
End-of-day status note every working day: dials, conversations, booked. Friday summary every week. Both inside the CRM.
Complete our training before your first dial. Training time is paid.

What you get

Script, objection sheet, training materials, and a booking calendar
Team chat and daily status inside the CRM
The founder available for questions

Pay

Hourly, with a weekly hour cap set in the contract. You're paid for the work whether or not the prospect shows.
Plus $10 for every meeting you book that holds and the closer marks as a fit
Plus $25 for every meeting you book that becomes a paying client
Rate depends on your location and experience. State your hourly rate in your proposal.
Two-week paid trial at 10 hours. If you're booking, hours go to 20 and it's ongoing.
Rates go up with results. The setters who book get more hours and more money.

You're a fit if

Clear, neutral English on the phone — you'll be talking to American contractors answering from a truck
You've cold-called business owners before. Owners. Not consumers, not warm inbound.
You can hear "not interested" forty times before lunch and make dial forty-one sound like dial one
You tell us when the list is bad — on Tuesday, not in a week-two report
Quiet workspace, headset, reliable internet. We provide the dialer.

To apply, do both. Applications missing either are not reviewed.

Record a 60-second voice memo reading this like you're on a real call: "Hi, is this the owner? It's [your name] — I'll be quick. We set up a system that calls your new leads back the minute they come in and books them on your calendar. When a lead comes in at two in the afternoon, who calls them back?"
In two or three sentences: tell me about a list you were given that turned out to be bad, and what you did about it.
