I have a set of 2D images for frame, body and trim component that belongs on a full-size working vehicle. I need those images turned into a clean, watertight Fusion 360 model, refined for both accurate visual rendering and real-world manufacturability.

Scope
• Build the complete 3D geometry in Fusion 360 or similar directly from my 2D references and additional supplied sorces as needed.
• Add any necessary surface continuity and mounting details so the part fits the surrounding panels on the actual vehicle.
• Run a basic FEA inside Fusion 360 to verify stiffness and highlight areas that may require reinforcement.
• Prepare export-ready STL/STEP files optimised for large-format 3D printing and for traditional model-making (CNC, resin, etc.).
• Supply two to three high-resolution renderings that showcase the part’s final appearance.

Acceptance criteria
• The model must reflect all dimensions provided in the drawings to 3-10 mm.
• FEA results should demonstrate that peak stress stays below the material’s stated yield with a safety factor ≥1.5.
• All surfaces must pass Fusion 360’s “Inspect → Validate → Short Edge / Surface” checks and be free of open edges so slicing software recognises them instantly.
• STL file size kept reasonable (
