HomeOptix Inc. is seeking an experienced Adobe Photoshop template designer to create premium, automation-ready real estate social-media templates for our HomeOptix Social Autopilot platform.
This is not simply a graphic-design project. The finished PSD files will be used by software to automatically replace property photographs, agent headshots, brokerage logos, listing information, contact information, status information, and other variable content. Therefore, both the visual design and internal PSD construction must be correct.
Each theme requires multiple production PSD sizes and must comply with exact requirements for Smart Objects, layer names, PSD architecture, live text, image replacement, long-text handling, fonts, and automated rendering.
Designers may use their own properly licensed placeholder property photographs, inset images, agent headshots, and similar temporary assets. You do not need to copy the specific house photographs or headshot shown in a HomeOptix reference image unless specifically requested. We are evaluating the design, composition, PSD construction, and automation compatibility.
The complete technical specifications, deliverables, QA requirements, placeholder-asset rules, confidentiality provisions, and intellectual-property/ownership terms are contained in the attached PDF. Please read the entire PDF before submitting a bid.
Submission of PSD files does not automatically constitute completion. Each theme must pass HomeOptix visual and technical QA and receive FINAL QA APPROVAL. Corrections required because a submission does not comply with the original specifications are considered part of the original quoted price.
The commissioned designs and production PSD files are intended to be exclusively owned by HomeOptix Inc., subject to the detailed intellectual-property provisions in the attached specification.
