Hi, I’m looking for a freelancer to develop a simple automated Work Order Management System.
The main requirement is: ( using power apps, share point and power apps only)
1. We enter Work Order details through a simple form/interface. 2. The system automatically generates a unique Work Order number, for example: WO-2026-000001. 3. It automatically creates a Work Order document using a predefined template. 4. The completed Work Order should automatically be saved in the correct SharePoint folder. 5. The system should maintain a Work Order tracker/database with details such as: * Work Order number * Site * Vendor * Work type * Scope of work * PO number * Cost * Start/completion dates * Status 6. It should be possible to search and track existing Work Orders. 7. Ideally, the system should automatically send an email/notification when the Work Order is created or updated. 8. We should be able to attach relevant documents such as quotes, reports, and invoices. The key objective is to eliminate the manual process of creating Work Orders, assigning numbers, saving documents, and maintaining the tracker. I would like the system to be simple, user-friendly Please let me know:
