Automated Word & Excel Data Feed

My information is still being keyed in manually, so I need a simple data-feed or template set that lets me enter the data once and have it flow automatically into the right places inside Word documents and Excel workbooks. If VBA macros, linked tables, form fields, or any other Microsoft-friendly solution will shave time off the process, I am open to it. The end result should let me:

• type or paste the mixed data in a single, easy-to-use input sheet or form
• have Word reports and Excel sheets populate instantly and accurately
• keep everything editable later without breaking the links

Please build, test, and hand over the finished Word and Excel files (with clear notes on how to add or adjust fields) so I can start using them straight away.
