Automated Wedding Ads Website Rebuild

My wedding–wear classifieds website needs a full rebuild so it feels elegant and classic while working flawlessly behind the scenes. All existing data—user profiles, listings (with images), and custom-plugin logic—must be migrated cleanly into the new platform. The current upload webform has bugs and limitations that the migration plan must address, as I don't want bad data migrating to the new site. I want visitors to authenticate with a simple email-and-password flow and then enjoy a smooth, fully automated experience.

Key automation I expect from day one:
• User registration
• Listing approvals (admin override still available)
• Email notifications triggered by key events

Beyond the automation, search-engine optimisation is critical; every listing should generate fast, schema-rich pages ready for Google to crawl. The current custom plugins are riddled with bugs, so refactoring or replacing them is part of the brief. A modern CMS stack such as WordPress with custom themes, or an equivalent framework you propose, is fine as long as it delivers clean code, responsive design, and easy future maintenance.

Additionally, a secure and user-friendly payment page for users to pay for listings is essential to avoid revenue loss caused by issues in the existing system.

Deliver the complete, production-ready site along with documentation covering deployment steps, admin workflows, and how to extend the automated rules.

Adequate time should be built in for testing and training post-production, with a level of ongoing support to cover any debugging that might be needed and for the admins to get accustomed to the new site.
