I need an end-to-end workflow that starts with the regular exported report file we pull from Kronos (it arrives as an Excel spreadsheet) and ends with a clear, always-current picture of attendance actions across the region.
Here is what has to happen:
• The workflow ingests the Excel report automatically, identifies any Late arrivals, Absences or missed shifts, and No Show entries, and adds them to each employee’s history.
• When an employee reaches three new infractions, the system must send simultaneous alerts to the employee and the OSM.
• I then want the OSM to capture the follow-up discussion inside the same system—forms, SharePoint list, or another light interface is fine—as long as it stays tied to the case.
• Documentation for the leader review packet should generate automatically once the discussion is logged.
• An Excel summary file maintained for regional leaders needs five dynamic tabs: open cases, new triggers this cycle, cases awaiting discussion, completed and uncompleted discussions, and if discussions with employees for last 3 infractions did not take place, then show the number of missed opportunities.
If you can achieve all of the above through Power Automate, please outline your proposed architecture, any off-the-shelf connectors you would use, and the estimated timeline to a testable build.
