Automated Gmail Sales Funnel Setup

I want my Google Workspace (Gmail bisnis) account to do more than just receive messages—I need it to greet every new lead, introduce our product, and start nudging them toward a purchase without manual effort. The focus is an automated “welcome + product introduction” sequence that triggers the moment a prospect submits a form on our website or landing page.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Configure or tidy up the existing Gmail bisnis account so it can send branded emails from our own domain.
• Connect the website/landing-page form to Gmail. You are free to use Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or another reliable bridge, as long as the flow is stable and easy to maintain.
• Build the automation: first email goes out instantly, any follow-ups inside the same thread to keep things personal.
• Draft simple, editable templates (welcome note, brief product overview, call-to-action) in English or Indonesian—whichever you prefer.
• Prove it works by running a live test with a sample submission and handing over a short how-to so I can tweak copy or timing later.

The job is complete when a new lead can enter an email on the site and receive the full sequence in Gmail, ready for me to track replies and conversions.
