Automated Excel Courier Tracker

I want a single-click Excel macro that handles our end-to-end shipment monitoring. The source workbook already lists LR numbers, supplier names and the courier used; VRL is the most frequent carrier, but the code should be structured so I can easily plug in the GATI, Blue Dart or any new tracking URL later.

Here is what the macro must do every time I press the button:

1. Read every new tracking number on the “Source” sheet, open the correct courier site, grab the live status text and time-stamp it back into the same row.
2. Capture a full-page screen-shot of that tracking result, save it to a dated folder (PNG is fine) and note the file path beside the status. I have no preference on how you grab the image—use native VBA calls, Snipping Tool automation or any light utility you like, as long as it runs without paid licences.
3. Generate a clean “Summary” sheet in the same workbook showing all consignments scheduled to arrive today and tomorrow, ready for export or print.
4. Fire a WhatsApp Web message to my dispatch group for each shipment: LR number, supplier name and the status screenshot.

Deliverables
• The .xlsm file with fully commented VBA (no passwords).
• Any helper scripts or library references, clearly documented.
• A short read-me showing where to edit courier URLs and WhatsApp group IDs.

Acceptance criteria
• I click one button; statuses, screenshots, summary and WhatsApp alerts complete within one run.
• Status text in Excel matches the courier website at the moment of capture.
• Screenshots are time-stamped and stored in the correct folder automatically.
