Automated Event Email Invitations

I’m organising an event and want every guest to receive a clear, compelling invitation that funnels them straight to an RSVP link and records their response automatically. I will provide the contact list and the core copy; your task is to turn that into a branded HTML email, load it into the email platform we agree on (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot or a similar tool that can handle automations), build the RSVP workflow, run a test to be sure the data is captured correctly, then schedule the live send.

Key deliverables
• Responsive HTML invitation aligned with the event’s look and feel
• Automation that directs each recipient to a unique RSVP link and logs replies in real-time
• Proofed test send with screenshots and confirmation of data capture
• Final send to the full list plus a basic performance report (deliveries, opens, clicks, RSVPs)

Acceptance criteria: email renders properly in major clients, the RSVP link records every response in the designated list or dashboard without manual intervention, and no contact receives more than one copy.
