I’m looking for a developer to build a fully automated foreclosure monitoring and reporting system for counties in Alabama.
Automatically search AlabamaPublicNotices.com and local newspaper websites daily for new foreclosure notices.
Extract borrower names, property addresses, foreclosure sale dates, mortgage recording information, attorneys, any estimates of the homes value, and lenders.
Automatically eliminate duplicate notices, update postponed foreclosure dates, and remove expired listings.
Maintain an updated, organized Excel spreadsheet sorted by foreclosure sale date.
Save the original foreclosure notices so I can access and review them later.
Run automatically every day without manual input.
The biggest challenge is reliably accessing complete foreclosure notices, as AlabamaPublicNotices.com uses CAPTCHA protection. I need someone who can develop a dependable, long-term solution using authorized access methods. Every time i ask chat or claude to do it, it shuts us down on CAPTCHA
