AI-Powered IVR to Empirix Hammer Script Automation

I am looking for an experienced automation developer to build a tool that can convert manual IVR call recordings into automated Empirix Hammer test scripts.
Currently, I test Google Dialogflow CX conversational IVR systems by making manual calls, verifying responses, and then manually creating test scripts in Empirix Hammer On-Demand QA.

My goal is to automate this script creation process as much as possible.

Project Requirements
1. Accept a complete manual IVR call recording or transcript as input.
2. Identify the IVR prompts and caller responses separately.
3. Detect caller voice inputs, DTMF presses, and pauses.
4. Convert the conversation into corresponding Empirix Hammer actions, including:
* Place Call
* Hear Voice
* Say
* Press
* Pause
* Hang Up
5. Automatically extract expected IVR prompts and caller utterances.
6. Estimate appropriate delays and recognition settings.
7. Generate an editable Hammer test script.
8. Investigate whether Hammer supports script import/export or APIs for direct script creation.
9. Provide a fallback method if direct script import is unsupported.
10. Deliver a simple, user-friendly solution suitable for a corporate Windows laptop, subject to company approval.
