Automate CSV Date Formatting

I regularly import a CSV file into Excel. All of its dates arrive in the MM/DD/YYYY format, and I need them to stay that way once the data is in my workbook—no automatic regional flips, text-to-columns fixes, or manual corrections every time.
I’m looking for a quick, repeatable solution inside Excel (VBA, Power Query, or any reliable built-in method you recommend) that:
• Reads the incoming CSV
• Persists the MM/DD/YYYY structure in every date column
• Leaves the rest of the numeric data untouched
Please deliver a working file or macro plus a brief, step-by-step note so I can apply it to new CSVs in the future.
