AutoDS Expert Needed – Product Sourcing & Automated Fulfillment Setup

Job description

I have an existing ecommerce store that is already designed and being handled by another developer. I do NOT need website design or development.

I need an experienced AutoDS / dropshipping product sourcing specialist to research the products already listed in my store and set up the best supplier options inside my AutoDS account.

Your responsibilities:

• Review each product I provide
• Find the exact product or closest identical version on eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other suitable suppliers
• Look for the lowest total product cost while maintaining fast U.S. shipping
• Strongly prioritize products already located in U.S. warehouses
• Compare product price, shipping cost, estimated delivery time, seller reliability and availability
• Provide the supplier link for every product
• Select the best supplier based on cost + shipping speed + reliability, not price alone
• Import/configure the selected products inside AutoDS
• Set up available price and stock monitoring
• Configure automatic order fulfillment where AutoDS and the supplier support it
• Clearly identify products that cannot be automatically fulfilled and would require manual ordering
• Check additional AutoDS-supported suppliers when they offer a better option than Amazon/eBay/TikTok

Important: I want to operate with little or no inventory. When a customer purchases from my website, I want the product fulfilled directly to the customer’s shipping address whenever the supplier and platform permit this.

I already have someone working on my website. You are only responsible for product sourcing and AutoDS configuration.

1. How long you have used AutoDS
2. Which suppliers you have automated with AutoDS
3. Whether you have experience sourcing products from eBay/Amazon
4. Approximately how many products you can research and configure per day

We will start with 2–3 products as a paid test. If the work is accurate, I will provide the rest of the catalog.
