URGENT REVIT MODEL – FOLLOW THESE REQUIREMENTS EXACTLY
I am providing:
1.The original Appendix drawing showing the foundation and floor-level plan.
2.Three PDF drawings showing the intended floor plan, elevation and section.
The original Appendix is the authoritative source for the building layout. The three PDFs are visual references only. If anything in the PDFs conflicts with the Appendix or the specifications below, follow the Appendix and these written specifications. Please do not redesign, improve, enlarge or change the building.
PROJECT
Create a complete Autodesk Revit 3D model of the single-storey house shown in the Appendix.
PLAN / GRID
Overall building dimensions: 9000 mm × 9000 mm
Grid A–B = 4500 mm
Grid B–C = 4500 mm
Grid 1–2 = 4500 mm
Grid 2–3 = 4500 mm
Use grid names A, B, C and 1, 2, 3
Reproduce the foundation and floor-level arrangement in the Appendix as closely as possible.
Kitchen location must follow the Appendix.
Kitchen area shown in Appendix: 26.16 m²
LEVELS
Ground Level (GL): 0 mm
Finished Floor Level (FFL): +600 mm above GL
Ceiling height: 3000 mm above FFL
Therefore ceiling level = +3600 mm from GL
ROOF
Roof type: Gable roof
Roof slope: 30%
Do not interpret this as 30 degrees.
For a 9000 mm span with a 4500 mm half-span, a 30% slope gives approximately 1350 mm roof rise.
Approximate ridge level = +4950 mm from GL, assuming the roof begins at ceiling level +3600.
EXTERNAL WALLS
Use cavity brick wall construction:
90 mm outer brick
50 mm cavity
90 mm inner brick
Approximate total wall thickness: 230 mm
STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete columns: 400 × 400 mm
Reinforced concrete beams: 400 × 600 mm
Foundation depth: 600 mm
Foundation arrangement/locations should follow the original Appendix foundation plan.
WINDOWS
Width: 1200 mm
Height: 900 mm
Sill height: 900 mm above FFL
Use the window locations shown in the Appendix wherever identifiable.
DOORS
Width: 1200 mm
Height: 2100 mm
Use the door/opening locations from the Appendix wherever identifiable.
STAIRS
Width: 1500 mm
Tread: 250 mm
Include railings
Stairs connect FFL +600 down to GL.
Position the stairs according to the Appendix.
REQUIRED REVIT VIEWS
The RVT must contain properly generated Revit views, not imported flat images:
Floor Plan
Elevation View
Section View
3D Isometric View
The assignment also checks the ability to create/display 3D views, including isometric, perspective and orthographic displays, so please create appropriate usable 3D views in the RVT as well.
DRAWING OUTPUT
The assessment specifically requires:
Floor plan
Elevation view
Section view
and they must be available from the Revit model and exported as PDF.
DELIVERABLES I NEED
Native Autodesk Revit .RVT file
Floor Plan PDF
Elevation PDF
Section PDF
Preferably combine the three drawing views into one PDF as well if possible.
Do not just import my PDFs into Revit.
I need an actual editable/native Revit model with walls, floors, roof, columns, beams, doors, windows, stairs and foundations modelled.
Floor plan, section and elevation must be generated from that model.
Use millimetres.
Keep the model simple and appropriate for a student-level single-storey residential project.
Do not add unnecessary rooms, finishes, furniture or architectural features that are not shown or required.
Please check all dimensions before delivery.
Please tell me which Revit version the RVT is saved in.
I need this urgently within a few hours. Please only accept if you can finish within that time.
