AutoCAD to SketchUp 3D Model and Renderings

I need my AutoCAD drawing to be converted into a detailed and visually appealing 3D model using SketchUp and need professional exterior renderings of the attached 3 types of houses, each one 2 views and 2 shots from them together on site.

The successful freelancer should have experience in converting AutoCAD drawings to SketchUp and creat high quality renderings.
