AutoCAD Family Land Partition Plan

I have four to five separate FMB sketches for the same property and now need one clear, professional-grade layout that merges them into a single drawing. The final plan must show a common road that serves every plot exactly as I will specify during our discussion, and then split the land into five portions for residential use so each family member gets direct road access and a clean, well-labeled boundary.

You will start by digitising or importing the existing FMB data, reconciling any overlaps or gaps, and setting an accurate coordinate system. Once the overall boundary is settled, draft the internal road to the alignment I provide; it may end up straight, curved or mixed, so leave room for quick revisions. After the road is fixed, carve the site into five plots, balance the frontage and depth as much as possible, and tag individual plot areas in square feet/metres inside the drawing.

Deliverables
• Editable AutoCAD (.dwg) file of the full layout
• A PDF plot ready for printing at A1/A3 size with clear legends and dimensions
• A brief area schedule listing each plot and the common road
