We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD designer to convert SketchUp (.SKP) models into professional AutoCAD layouts and work collaboratively as part of our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with AutoCAD layouts as Xrefs (mandatory).
Experience converting SketchUp models into AutoCAD drawings.
Strong skills in Xref management and drawing coordination.
Dropbox access with sufficient storage for project files.
Knowledge of UAE Building Codes and drafting standards is preferred.
Scope of Work:
Layouts may include existing, demolition/construction, proposed, flooring, ceiling, finishes, lighting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, elevations, and sections.
An existing drawing list and workflow are in place. Guidance and time to adapt will be provided to the selected freelancer.
Payment: Per layout, depending on complexity and size.
