I’m updating the IVR on our PBX and want callers greeted by a polished, trustworthy sound. The entire menu needs to be recorded in a female voice that carries a natural Australian accent and maintains a calm, thoroughly professional tone from start to finish.

I will supply the full script—including welcome, department routing, on-hold, and after-hours messages—as soon as we start. All I need from you in return are clean, well-paced, studio-quality audio files (WAV or high-bitrate MP3). Each prompt should be delivered as a separate file, clearly named so my tech team can drop them straight into the phone system without extra editing. Please perform light mastering—remove breaths, balance levels, and keep a consistent volume—while leaving enough headroom for the PBX processor.
