Licensed Attorney as My Right Hand: Startup Law + Tennessee Guardianship Support
I'm a first-time solo founder starting an AI revenue recovery company for small businesses, and I'm also dealing with a hard personal legal and housing situation in Tennessee (guardianship/conservatorship related). I want an attorney (any country, be upfront about where you're licensed) to be my right hand and speak and write on my behalf.
Personal side:
- Read my file and write a clear plan with the questions to put to a Tennessee attorney
- Email and call attorneys, legal aid, court offices and my legal plan provider for me
- Research my options on housing, eviction and the court-supervised money plan
Startup side:
- Contracts, LLC and agreements for revenue recovery, and questions about working with overseas contractors
- Keep a task list and send me one written update a day
