Athens Commercial-to-Residential Conversion

Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to undertake a renovation project in Athens and would appreciate your initial assessment, as well as a quotation for the architectural planning and any necessary permits.
Project Description
The property is a former commercial unit (previously used as a butcher shop), with an internal area of approximately 45,85 m². The intention is to convert the existing commercial premises into a modern residential apartment through a change of use.
I already have an initial floor plan and a preliminary design proposal, which I would be happy to share with you. However, I would like to review and further optimise the layout.
The following points are particularly important to me:
1. Bedroom: I would ideally like the bedroom to benefit from natural daylight. One possible solution could be a partition wall incorporating glass blocks or another type of glazed partition to allow natural light to enter the sleeping area.
2. Living Area: The front section of the former shop should also be incorporated into the residential layout in the most practical way possible, creating a spacious and open living environment.
3. Outdoor Area / Private Garden: The property includes an outdoor area designated for exclusive use as a private garden. I would like this area to be integrated into the overall design. A new pergola may also be required.
4. Parking Space: In addition, I would like to investigate whether it would be possible to create a parking space along the side of the property.
