ASME Vessel Calculations (5 Reports)

I need complete ASME calculation reports prepared from scratch for five pressure vessels. I already have dimensioned drawings that include all nozzle details and material specifications, along with the full set of process data—design pressures, temperatures, and service fluids—so you can jump straight into the engineering work.

Each report must follow the appropriate Section VIII requirements; if you normally work in Division 1 or Division 2, let me know which you recommend or if you prefer to adopt the latest code edition required by our local authority. The final package should be ready for submission to a notified body, so please include all governing equations, assumptions, and supporting print-outs from your chosen software (PV Elite, COMPRESS, or equivalent) together with a concise summary sheet for quick review.

Deliverables (one set per vessel)
• Native calculation file and locked PDF report
• Material and design data sheets
• Hydrotest and MAWP verification pages
• Any sketches generated during the calculations

Accuracy and traceability are critical; I will review one vessel first, then release the rest as soon as the initial format is approved. If you have recent experience producing ASME Section VIII design packages that cleared third-party inspection without comments, I would like to see a sample page or two.
