I need the artwork I provide converted into a flawless Wilcom file ready to stitch on apparel. Although the main job is full-artwork digitizing, I prefer a classic monogram approach for any lettering or initials that appear in the design.
What matters most is clean pathing, well-balanced densities, and the right mix of underlay so the piece sews smoothly on standard multi-head machines without puckering. Please return:
• Native Wilcom (.EMB) file
• Production-ready .DST file
• Color sequence chart with thread codes
If you use Wilcom e4 or later, that’s perfect—just let me know which version. I’ll supply the graphic once we start, and I’d like a quick preview sew-out or screenshot for approval before you finalize.
