Articulate Storyline Customer Course

I need an Articulate Storyline course that shows customers exactly how to use our product while steadily building their skill level. The flow should feel more like guided practice than a lecture, so each concept is immediately reinforced with a short, well-written quiz question before we move on.

Here’s what matters to me:

• Customer education is the sole audience—assume no insider jargon and keep instructions crystal-clear.
• The content must centre on skill development: every screen should teach a practical action the customer can perform right away inside the product.
• Quizzes are the interactive backbone. I’m after variety (single-choice, multiple-response, true/false, scenario-based, etc.) but all created with Storyline’s native tools so we maintain full editability later.

When you hand it over, I’ll need the .story source file plus a fully published SCORM package ready for LMS upload. If you can weave in simple, on-brand graphics and a clean voice-over placeholder track, even better, but the priority is a smooth, engaging learning experience that customers can finish in under 20 minutes while feeling noticeably more confident with the product.
