Arizona PE for Garage Structural Report

I am looking for an Arizona-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to prepare a complete structural calculation report for a garage project located at 5101 Hidden Hollow, Flagstaff, AZ.

I have already submitted the architectural and structural permit drawings to the county building department. The reviewer has requested structural engineering calculations and professionally stamped structural drawings to proceed with permit approval.

The scope includes reviewing the existing six-page drawing package, verifying the roof framing and truss design for the specified 83 psf ground snow load and 115 mph wind speed, checking the garage door header (5.5" × 12" Parallam), wall framing, lateral bracing, structural connections, and foundation design. The engineer must also evaluate the existing concrete slab and proposed CMU foundation walls, including footing dimensions, reinforcement, frost depth, and structural adequacy.

The final deliverables should include a comprehensive structural calculation report in PDF format, signed and sealed by an Arizona-licensed PE, along with any necessary structural drawing revisions and stamped structural sheets suitable for Coconino County permit resubmission.
