I’m putting together a personal project that centres on an Arduino-based control board populated with several sensors, and I want the entire schematic and PCB laid out so I can send it straight to JLCPCB for fabrication and assembly.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clean, well-labeled schematic that shows the chosen Arduino core, all sensor connections, power regulation and basic protection circuitry.
• A production-ready two-layer (or better) PCB layout that satisfies JLCPCB’s manufacturing rules.
• A complete BOM with JLCPCB part numbers so their SMT service can mount everything without substitution headaches.
• Gerber, drill and pick-and-place files exported from EasyEDA (or another tool that JLCPCB accepts) and a quick read-me telling me how you organised the layers and reference designators.
Acceptance is straightforward: if the board passes JLCPCB’s online DFM check and your BOM uploads without red flags, the job is done.
Let me know if you see any obvious improvements I should consider before we lock the design—this is a hobby build, so I’m open to suggestions that keep costs and board size sensible while still giving reliable performance.
