Architecture Program Lead-Gen Landing Page

I have an existing draft landing page here: https://6aa62ec842bf1.site123.me/.
I want that page rebuilt from scratch so it looks and feels the same, yet is cleaner, faster, and easier for me to edit in the future.

Goal
The single purpose of the page is to generate qualified leads for my architecture program. Every visual and line of copy should guide visitors toward a clear call-to-action.

Desired style
Keep the overall look professional and corporate—sleek lines, balanced white space, and a restrained colour palette that matches the current draft. Typography should feel authoritative without being overly decorative.

Key elements to include
• Prominent call-to-action buttons placed above the fold and repeated logically down the page
• Responsive layout that renders perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Lightweight animations or subtle scroll effects only if they do not slow load time

Integrations & tech
I’m flexible on the build platform—HTML/CSS/JS, Webflow, or similar—so long as I receive both the deployed page and editable source files. Any form or CTA must be wired to my existing email marketing service; I’ll provide the endpoint.

Deliverable acceptance
1. Pixel-close match to the reference URL
2. Page speed score of 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop
3. All CTAs successfully post to my test lead list
4. Clean, well-commented code or easily editable visual builder export

Once these points are met, the project is complete and ready for hand-off.
